It depends on the condition of the home being remodeled. The upside to building a new one is that everything can be made to match your needs, style, and preferences, and you’re not held back by anything.
A new construction of around 1,200 sq. ft. home takes about 4-5 months. We have a system in place where quality work is performed in a timely manner, so everything will turn out great, otherwise we’re not calling it a day until you love your new home.
You’ll enjoy a talented and reliable in-house team of installers, all committed to delivering the highest-quality product. Alexsander, the owner of Cornejo’s Builders, will also be on site frequently, but your own project manager will be there every day, making sure your new home comes out just as you envisioned.
A new custom home starts anywhere from $175,000 on the low end with utilities connected and $450,000 on the high-end. We can’t ballpark an estimate without knowing your vision.
After the on-site visit, we’ll know exactly what goes into your project and you’ll get a precise pricing and timeline estimate that will be final.
Yes! Cornejo’s Builders Inc. handles all the paperwork for you. So the planning, permitting, design, and construction will be taken care of for you. All that’s left to do for you is sit back, relax, and enjoy seeing your new home being built.
Yes! You’ll get the materials warranty for everything that we buy and bring on site, warranty that goes for between 2 to over 50 years on certain materials.
On top of that, you’ll enjoy our 1- year workmanship warranty that covers anything we install and work on.
When you’ll call us to inquire about your project, we’ll talk over the phone for a while so I can discover some of your needs and what do you want to achieve with your new home.
During the phone call, we’ll schedule an on-site visit to further assess the project and scope of work. After the visit, you’ll get a contract with a proposal for our partnership. After we agree on everything, the work on your new home generally begins in 3 to 10 days.
Because we don’t like to limit our clients and we want them to build their new homes wherever they please, we don’t buy the lots.
